Walter L. Frazier, PhD, LPC, NCC
Executive Director
Walter has been the Executive Director of the Grace Christian Counseling Center since opening the service in September of 1998. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Walter is also a Board Approved Supervisors for LPCs. Walter is an Ordained United Methodist Minister, and he recently completed his Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Counselor Education from Mississippi State University. He is a faculty member in the Psychology and Counseling Department at Mississippi College. Walter is a past-president of the Mississippi Licensed Professional Counselors Association, and his serves as the Professional Issues Chair for the American Mental Health Counselors Association. In 2006, Walter received the American Mental Health Counselors Association’s Counselor of the Year and the Mississippi Licensed Professional Counselors Association’s award from Licensed Professional Counselor of the Year.
Lynn Etheridge, J.D., MSCP, LPC
Lynn has been providing counseling services for Grace Christian Counseling Center in both the Vicksburg and Port Gibson offices. She is a graduate of Mississippi College with a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology. She also has a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Mississippi Law School. Lynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is Board Approved to provided supervision for LPCs. She is a Registered Play Therapist, and she also is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association. Currently, Lynn is working toward her Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Counselor Education at the University of Mississippi. She is the President-Elect of the Mississippi Licensed Professional Counselors Association.
Stacey Waites, LCSW
Stacey provides counseling with the Grace Christian Counseling Center along side her work with Warren County where she processes civil commitments and provides the administration of the Warren County Psychiatric Holding Facility. Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Mississippi and Georgia, and she has a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a Certified Diplomat of the American Psychotherapy Association.
Anne E. Sinclair, MSCP, LPC, NCC
Anne is a graduate of Mississippi College with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. She is a National Certified Counselor, and she is currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor under the supervision of Walter Frazier.
Sandra Huffman, M. Ed., Ed. S.
Sandra is a graduate of Mississippi College with an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling Psychology. She also holds a Master of Education Degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas. Sandra is working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor under the supervision of Walter Frazier.
